YummyVibe representatives will only ask for your passcode if you contact Customer Service for support. If anyone within the chat line asks for this information, report it by pressing 0 on your phone.

Once emails arrive on your computer, you must keep the information secure. For example, we will send a confirmation email if you change your passcode online. This email contains sensitive information that should be protected. Here are some key security practices to protect your computer:
